Joining Shell Community Federal Credit Union is as simple as making a $5.00 deposit into a savings account. Even if you move, change jobs or switch careers, all the benefits of membership stay with you for life, as long as you maintain an active account with us.

Deposits in the credit union are insured up to $100,000 under rules and regulations of the National Credit Union Administration, an agency of the U.S. Government. Persons with amounts over $100,000 receive additional coverage of $250,000 from Excess Share Insurance, a private insurer.
